Yoga Sessions

I cover various styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, YinYoga with props, Prenatal, and Postnatal.

Hatha Yoga emphasises physical postures and breath control for balance and relaxation. Vinyasa Flow synchronises breath with movement for strength and mindfulness. Ashtanga Yoga follows a progressive sequence for strength and focus. Yin Yoga targets deep tissues for flexibility and relaxation. Prenatal Yoga supports expectant mothers with modified poses and relaxation techniques. Postnatal Yoga addresses postpartum challenges, focusing on strength, toning, and self-care. I provide a comprehensive and inclusive approach to wellness, allowing students to explore different techniques and find their preferred style.

Kids Yoga

Yoga and sound therapy offers number plus benefits to children promoting their overall well-being and development. Yoga enhances kids physical flexibility, strength and balance, while also improving body awareness and coordination.

The combination of yoga and sound therapy improves children’s focus and concentration, enhances their self-expression and creativity.

Senior Yoga

Senior yoga promotes physical health and vitality by improving flexibility, strength and balance.

It supports cognitive function and brain health. The combination of physical movement, focused attention, and breathing exercises stimulates the brain, improving memory, concentration and mental clarity. It can also help prevent or manage age related cognitive decline.

Overall, senior yoga empowers older adults to age gracefully, maintain their independence, and enjoy a higher quality of life.

Group Sound Healing Session

 I incorporate sound healing during my sessions, getting students through meditation accompanied by soothing sounds from healing instruments. This intentional use of sound creates a harmonious environment that penetrates deep into the body, promoting balance and healing. Participants can let go of tension, enter a state of deep relaxation, and experience inner reflection. The vibrations from the instruments harmonize energy centers, reduce stress, and evoke feelings of upliftment and connectedness.

Pranayama/ Breath Works

Pranayama holds a significant role, in my classes. By incorporating breath control techniques, I provide my students with a valuable tool for their well-being.

Consistent practice of pranayama brings positive effects, including increased energy levels. Deep, conscious breathing draws more oxygen into the body, improving blood oxygenation and revitalizing the mind, resulting in enhanced energy and mental clarity.

 

Private Sound Therapy Session

Private sound therapy sessions offer individuals a profound opportunity to enter a state of deep relaxation and experience a wide range of benefits. Through the soothing sounds and vibrations of healing instruments, such as singing bowls and gongs, private sessions create a serene and personalized environment that promotes stress reduction, anxiety relief, and the release of physical and mental tension.

The therapeutic vibrations penetrate deeply into the body, alleviating migraines, easing pains, and supporting overall well-being. 

Ayurveda

In addition to sound therapy, I encompass a holistic approach by offering Ayurveda consultation and lifestyle changes as part of the packages.

By combining the practices of yoga and Ayurveda, I provide a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s unique body type and tailor the yoga sessions and lifestyle recommendations accordingly.

 

Meditation Workshops

In my meditation programs, I strive to create a space where individuals can discover the tranquility and peace within themselves, even if sitting in a traditional meditation posture feels challenging.

Recognizing that everyone has unique needs and preferences, I offer a variety of creative and engaging meditative programs that foster focus, calmness, and the release of tension and stress in both mind and body.
